Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bar and Catering team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our Stadium operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, making a positive first impression.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders and serve food and drinks, consistently achieving the required standards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items to ensure maximum benefit to the guest and the ability to work effectively.
  • Restaurant and Bar Preparation: Prepare the restaurant and bar for service and carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Bar and Catering Supervisor.
  • Personal Image: Present a positive personal image to the customer.
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness: Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained in the restaurant and bar areas by following cleaning routines as set by the Bar and Catering Supervisor.
  • Accounting: Account for payments at the end of the shift.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment in the bar and restaurant area is working safely and is compliant with manufacturer's guidelines for operation, reporting any concerns to the Bar and Catering Manager.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the bar and restaurant areas are safe and report any concerns to the Safety and Compliance Officer or Bar and Catering Manager.
Requirements
  • Health and Safety Awareness: Willingness to learn about Health and Safety.
  • Conflict Resolution: Confidence in dealing with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not necessary.
