Construction Cost Control Specialist

Your primary focus will be on managing commercial aspects, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the Client team to agree valuations, manage contract variations, and support the Project team with commercial expertise. Additionally, you will oversee Sub-Contractor procurement and account management, ensuring seamless execution of construction projects.
To excel in this position, you will need extensive experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a background in commercial, retail, industrial, and leisure projects. A strong understanding of risk management, contract administration, and financial analysis is essential. If you possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.
