Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Analyst to join our team at Morson Group. As a key member of our financial services division, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our financial operations to drive business growth and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the product development roadmap, working closely with our finance team to ensure their requirements are met, and collaborating with third-party financial system providers to maximize the benefits of their products. You will also be responsible for analyzing and documenting existing processes, defining new more efficient ways of working, and writing user stories and acceptance tests for suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance systems, with experience working with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. A high level of professionalism, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills, is essential for this role.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of financial services, payment processing, and ERP systems. Your expertise will enable you to analyze complex financial data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize our operations. You will work closely with our finance team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Salary and Benefits
