About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inclusion Officer. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the SENDCO to identify and address the needs of our students
  • Support disadvantaged and vulnerable groups of students to ensure they receive the support they need to thrive
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote equality and inclusion within the school community
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive a high-quality education
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines and adhere to the SEND Code of Practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, able to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively with parents and external agencies in a professional and confidential manner.
