**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide essential HR support across our UK teams, serving as the go-to person for line managers and employees on various HR matters. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and collaborate closely with the Head of HR to develop initiatives aligning with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, administer new starter and leaver processes, issue employment contracts, and update internal systems (SharePoint, Citation Lifeworks).
- Support hiring managers in job description creation, coach them through recruitment processes, and manage relationships with recruitment partners.
- Provide advice on employee relations, manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensure compliance with employment law.
- Assist the Finance team with payroll submissions and review absence records.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above, 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR position, proficiency in HR systems, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and project management experience if possible.
