Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our UK-based employees, including managing employee records, administering new starter and leaver processes, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with our HR team to deliver high-quality HR services and support business growth. You will be responsible for providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide HR support to our UK-based employees, including managing employee records and administering new starter and leaver processes.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Support hiring managers in job description creation, coach them through recruitment processes, and manage relationships with recruitment partners.
  • Payroll Support: Assist the Finance team with payroll submissions and review absence records.
