Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Recruitment Director to drive our rapidly scaling tech business forward. As the second-in-command, you will work closely with our new MD to design and build out the Technology division, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone who can expand and operate the Tech function, utilizing their network and industry connections to access over 200 active clients.
  • You will play a pivotal role in designing and building out the Technology business, working collaboratively with the board and new MD to drive strategy and growth.
  • Your primary objective will be to grow the Tech division to at least 10 heads by year-end 2025, capitalizing on existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tap into the existing client database for new business development.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability within the Tech division.
