Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-13:00, on a rotational basis (42.5 hours per week)

Salary: OTE £50,000 (including £25,000 basic plus commission)

Lookers Gateshead Ford is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic and friendly team. Specializing in business-to-business sales, you will work closely with our passionate Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be a key point of contact, responsible for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers. As a Sales Executive, you will be part of a top-performing automotive retailer in the UK, reporting to a Commercial Sales Manager who will provide guidance and support to help you develop your skills and advance your career in the industry.

Our Sales Executives are dedicated to understanding customers' needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
  • Negotiate the final price for the sale
  • Complete relevant paperwork for each sale

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional results. You will be expected to meet targets, demonstrating ambition and a strong work ethic.

Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred, but not essential. You will hold a full UK driving license, as you may be required to drive high-end vehicles.
