Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-13:00, on a rota basis (42.5 hours per week)

Salary: OTE £50,000 (including £25,000 basic plus commission)

At Lookers Gateshead Ford, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the business-to-business sector.

As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with our passionate Sales team to deliver first-class customer experiences. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Our Sales Executives are the primary points of contact for customers, and as such, you will be responsible for understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in-person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade would be an advantage, but we are also open to fresh talent who can bring new ideas and enthusiasm to our team.

You will hold a full UK driving license, as you may be required to drive some of our prestige vehicles. If you are a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
