We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents and drawings.
- Input document data into the standard registers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Generate various document control reports as required.
- Support Project and Design Managers by providing controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings to relevant staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain updated records of approved documents and drawings, including distribution.
- Maintain files and control logs as required by the project.
- Working knowledge of Asite (desirable)
- Working knowledge of BS1192 (desirable)
