About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Debt Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our Debt Dispute team, you will be responsible for providing internal customers with paperwork and information to help resolve debt disputes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing internal customers with paperwork and information to help resolve debt disputes efficiently
  • Assisting in identifying the root cause of disputes and contributing to the adjustment of standard work to prevent future disputes arising

Requirements:

  • Confident, clear telephone manner with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Strong IT skills and highly organized
  • Problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented, and able to think outside the box
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
