About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time SEMH Teacher to join our dynamic team at The Education Network Warrington. As a specialist SEMH school, we provide a supportive and nurturing environment for children and young people who face emotional and mental health challenges.

The successful candidate will help foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, working closely with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to ensure holistic care and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that cater to the specific needs of SEMH students.

Build strong, positive relationships with students, offering emotional and academic support.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and external agencies to ensure effective support for each pupil.

Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

Promote positive behaviour and help students develop essential life skills.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students who may present challenging behaviour.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
