Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Bank - Care Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Providing safe and effective medication management, including administering medications and monitoring side effects
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • A person-centred and thoughtful approach to nursing, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
