Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Bank - Care Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create a safe and supportive environment, making critical clinical decisions and taking ownership of your practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration and good knowledge of clinical practices
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
