About the Role

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastoral Mentor to join our team at one of our Independent Schools in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Pastoral Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and social development of our students, helping them to thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver intervention lessons to support students in need
  • Provide individualized support to students, helping them to regulate their behavior and develop essential life skills
  • Work closely with classroom teachers to provide additional support and guidance within the classroom
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Hold a degree (2:2 or above) in a relevant field
  • Be passionate about working with students and making a positive impact on their lives
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable, with excellent communication skills
  • Be reflective and creative in your approach to teaching and learning
  • Be able to build strong working relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
