**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physicist to join our Plasma Science and Fusion Operations Division at UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA). As a Senior Physicist, you will play a key role in advancing our understanding of plasma exhaust and its implications for fusion power.



**Key Responsibilities:**




  • Conduct research and analysis to advance our understanding of plasma exhaust and its impact on fusion power
  • Develop and implement new experimental techniques and methods to study plasma exhaust
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate plasma exhaust research into fusion power development
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and strategies to improve plasma exhaust performance
