Land and Consents Manager

SSE Enterprise is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Distribution Land and Consents Graduate Programme. As a Graduate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our project portfolio to support a net carbon zero future across our electricity distribution network.
Our Land Consents Managers are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and managing strategic land and property rights for underground cables, overhead lines, and ground-mounted equipment on both public and private land. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, developing your skills and knowledge in land and consents management.
Throughout the 2-year programme, you will receive guidance and support from our Graduate Programme Manager and a business mentor. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as project management, stakeholder engagement, and contract management.

Requirements
- A minimum of a 2:2 in the desired degree discipline.
- A genuine passion and interest in the energy sector.
- Comfortable working to and setting stretching individual targets and using your own initiative to overcome challenges.
