Land Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Director to join our team at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks. As a pivotal member of our project portfolio, you will play a crucial role in securing, maintaining, and managing strategic land and property rights for our underground cables, overhead lines, and ground-mounted plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement land consents strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and sustainably.
- Manage risk to future network security and assess, negotiate, and settle compensation claims.
- Work with key stakeholders, including landowners, tenants, local authorities, and national agencies.
- Experience securing both voluntary and statutory consents for capital projects.
