Land Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Consents Manager to join our team in the Thames Valley region. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in securing, maintaining, and managing strategic land and property rights for our project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement land consents strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and sustainably, while managing risk to future network security.
- Assess, negotiate, and settle compensation claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Capital, Maintenance, and Inspection teams to achieve project goals.
- Secure both voluntary and statutory consents for capital projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, tenants, local authorities, and national agencies.
- Hold a full, current driving license.
