Sitting within the Digital Transformation business unit, our Change Manager is required to design and deliver change strategies that will accelerate and sustain business outcomes and drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes to realize quantifiable value for our clients, as well as effectively deliver transitional organisational change management by accelerating adoption through tools & platforms, such as Walkme, and/or Whatfix etc and a myriad of Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Blackboard etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver change strategies to accelerate and sustain business outcomes
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes
  • Effectively deliver transitional organisational change management
  • Accelerate adoption through digital adoption tools & platforms
  • Communicate with and positively influence business stakeholders and team members
  • Start transformation initiatives from scratch, putting the workforce at the front and centre of the change
  • Deliver Platform Implementations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP)
  • Apply business change management theories
  • Work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Change Management consulting experience
  • Experience working on engagements in a highly matrixed external client facing environment
  • Proven expert in accelerating adoption through digital adoption tools & platforms
  • Expertly versed in effectively communicating with and positively influencing business stakeholders and team members
  • Capable of starting transformation initiatives from scratch
  • Experienced with delivering Platform Implementations
  • Well-versed at application of business change management theories
  • Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible
  • Microsoft technologies experience, e.g. Office 365, SharePoint, etc.
