Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between residents and our construction teams, providing timely updates and project information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction or property services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and construction teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with a high level of organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
