Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Building Physics and Energy Modelling, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Ability to work across diverse sectors, from residential to healthcare, and deliver projects that meet the needs of clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
