About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Nottingham. As a seasoned professional in elderly care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver safe, sound, and supportive care to residents
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to promote a positive culture and high-quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy and improve the overall performance of the care home
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a good CQC rating
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working at deputy or management level in elderly care homes
  • Proven track record of working in a care home with a good CQC rating
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices
  • Driven and motivated individual with a passion for quality care and a commitment to excellence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
