We help brands sell more. As a field-sales solutions expert, you'll work with some of the biggest grocery brands in the world, driving growth and increasing brand distribution and visibility within retailers.
Job Overview
This entry-level role offers a permanent contract, working full-time Monday to Friday. You'll be based in Kings Lynn and surrounding areas, covering an ideal postcode (PE34).
Salary and Benefits
You'll receive a competitive salary of £24,960, plus a company car and fuel card. We also offer 20 days paid holidays + 8 public holidays, a company pension scheme with 3% employer contributions, and an Annual Leave Purchase Scheme – up to 5 days.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Developer, you'll take responsibility for:
- Increasing brand distribution and visibility within retailers in your area
- Taking ownership of merchandising and executing additional agreements on space and display
- Focusing on category-led selling to achieve the best return from customers
- Negotiating and building solid, progressive relationships with customers
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Curious, creative, and ambitious with a can-do attitude
- Proactive, passionate, and has a 'go-getter' mentality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with regular travel and occasional overnights
- In possession of a UK driving licence with no more than 6 points or previous bans
