Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Sprinkler Systems Engineer to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key member of our Fire and Security department, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and remedial works on Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, and Dry/Wet Risers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing and remedial works on Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, and Dry/Wet Risers in accordance with the latest British and EN standards.
  • Undertake mechanical servicing and remedial works on Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Risers, and Sprinkler Systems.
  • Forward plan parts requirements for installation works, place orders, and liaise with site management and other trades.
  • Work independently and as part of the wider Sprinkler Department on service works.
  • Provide information to quote for upgrades or modifications to these systems, adhering to manufacturer's and industry guidelines.
  • Discuss requirements with new and existing customers, with initial training and ongoing support provided by the company.
  • Receive field support and training for all disciplines undertaken.

Requirements:

  • Working practice of BS9251.
  • Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in the field independently.
  • Flexible to work across single and multiple site locations.
  • Full Driving Licence.
