Job Description

**Fire and Security Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Sprinkler Engineer to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key member of our fire and security team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, and other fire safety equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out servicing and remedial works of sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, fire hose reels, and dry/wet risers in accordance with the latest British and EN standards.
  • Undertake mechanical servicing and remedial works of fire hydrants, fire hose reels, fire risers, and sprinkler systems.
  • Forward planning in regard to parts requirements on installation works, placing parts orders, and liaising with site management and coordinating with other trades.
  • Work independently and as part of the wider sprinkler department on service works.
  • Provide information to quote to upgrade or modify these systems in relation to manufacturer's and industry guidelines, and discuss these requirements with new and existing customers.

**Requirements:**

  • A working practice of BS9251.
  • Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in the field independently.
  • Flexible to work across single and multiple site locations.
  • Full driving license.
