Job Description

We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Senior Creative Producer that will help drive projects from brief to final delivery across theatre, film, and lifestyle campaigns.

  • This individual will have a strong history of producing high-quality creative content paired with the ability to multitask confidently and bridge the gap between project management, creative decision-making, driving new revenue, and client relations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting client requirements and leading the creative direction to develop and execute the look and feel of our clients' content (e.g., animated artwork, online promos, social content, junkets, DOOH, etc.).
  • Providing articulate and concise peer-to-peer feedback for all deliverables to enhance creative output throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participating in creative brainstorms, developing presentations and treatments, and leading client pitches.
  • Owning communication with clients from start to finish, providing regular updates, and building a strong and lasting relationship.
  • Confidently driving multiple projects simultaneously within quick turnarounds and against budget.
  • Coordinating with the Production Manager and other Creative team members to ensure a smooth running of projects and capacity planning.
  • Troubleshooting problems as they arise and offering solutions to improve processes.
  • Reviewing/quality-controlling finished work to ensure the final output meets the original brief, transcripts, delivery specs, and brand guidelines.
  • Producing quotes and monitoring resources dedicated to each project.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience crafting compelling AV content at a creative agency, advertising agency, in-house creative team, or post-production house.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for elevating creative assets to their highest potential.
  • Experience overseeing end-to-end shoots and successfully delivering large-scale campaigns.
  • A willingness and desire to mentor junior members of the team to help them develop creatively.
