Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure guest rooms are spotless and meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional room quality.
  • Liaise with the Head Housekeeper/Supervisor to ensure efficient communication and task management.
  • Report any maintenance needs, damages, or technical issues to the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor.
  • Perform cleaning of storage, corridors, and public areas, maintaining quality standards.
  • Follow the correct procedure for lost property.
  • Comply with health, safety, and hygiene rules.
  • Work on a rota basis, including weekends.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and focus on quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical mobility and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work flexibly.
