Job Opportunity: Construction Secretary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a skilled Construction Secretary to join their team on a temporary basis for a large housing project in Llantrisant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update construction programmes and generate reports on COINs
  • Action H&S / IQC inspections on COINs
  • Liaise with site, office staff, and agencies
  • Compile information for meetings
  • Manage email correspondence
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Provide lunchtime cover for Reception (on a rota basis)
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently, be well-organized, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Capacity to multitask and meet targets
