About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Internal Account Manager to support our sales process by managing new and existing customers, preparing product costings, handling production paperwork, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations throughout. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and responding to customer queries.
  2. Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Process Invoices: Generate and process invoices in a timely manner.
What We Offer:
  1. Competitive salary: £25,000-£28,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
  2. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  3. On site parking
  4. Early finish on Fridays
