Job Overview

We are seeking a Factory Floor Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 6pm - 3am (with 2 x 30 minutes break). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the production environment are achieved on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all industrial machinery, tools, and equipment are cleaned to the highest standard
  • Clean factory floors, walls, work surfaces, and production lines within allocated areas
  • Safely use industrial pressure washers and cleaning equipment
  • Maintain and operate tools, equipment, and chemicals in accordance with training
  • Adhere to cleaning instructions and schedules to ensure tasks meet required hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Experience working within an industrial cleaning environment preferred
  • Able to work in both chilled and warm environments
  • Manual handling ability and awareness, must be fit and able
  • Meticulous attention to detail essential
  • Commitment to good practice
  • Fluent English, communicate well in written and oral form with multi-nationals on all levels
