Dedicated Care Assistant

£9.94 per hour | 35 hours per week | Various contracted hour shifts available

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at CV-Library. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

  1. You will be responsible for implementing individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
  2. You will support service users with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social events.
  3. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care is provided at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
  • Confidence working alone or as part of a team.
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
  • Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
