Care Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking committed and reliable Care Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis, working in our customers' homes on a weekly rota basis.

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity. No prior live-in care experience is necessary, although we welcome those with previous NHS, Carer, or Support Worker experience.

In fact, we have found that individuals with Early Years' and Cleaner experience have great transferable skills that make them an excellent fit for this role.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £735-£882 per week, with additional benefits including £50 towards travel costs and £40 per week food allowance. This ensures that our carers are rewarded for their hard work and dedication.

Location

Bluebird Care Mid-South covers the following areas: Sutton, Epsom, Burgess Hill, Horsham, Reigate, and Chichester territories.
