Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at 3D Personnel Protek. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, to ensure accurate costings and project feasibility.
  • Conduct regular valuations, variations, and sub-contractor measurements to ensure accurate payment and completion of job costings.
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Perform risk, value management, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Advise on procurement strategy and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare and analyze costings for tenders, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Allocate work to subcontractors and analyze outcomes to ensure successful project delivery.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a strong understanding of construction cost management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be a strong communicator with excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
