Padstone Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Fire Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing fire and fit out projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project programmes, including schedules, project milestones, and deadlines. Prepare and manage forecast valuation documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Cost Management: Review and track labour and material costs to ensure projects remain within the project cost plan. Identify areas for cost savings and implement measures to reduce costs.
- Subcontractor Management: Review and approve subcontractor quotations, ensuring all subcontractor purchase orders are raised and issued in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work undertaken meets the highest standards of quality and complies with design specifications and project briefs.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular senior management site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship.
- Documentation: Produce and review CPP/health and safety documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Safety Audits: Arrange and undertake regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and communications.
- Change Management: Document any changes or variations to the project scope and manage conflicts and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site problems to maintain project momentum and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Industry Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the commercial and education construction sectors.
- Transportation: Hold a valid driving license.
