Passive Fire and Fit Out Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Passive Fire and Fit Out Manager to join our client's team in Kent. As a Passive Fire and Fit Out Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project programmes, including schedules, project milestones, and deadlines. You will also review and track labour/material to ensure projects remain within project cost plan.

Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive project programmes, including schedules, project milestones, and deadlines
* Review and track labour/material to ensure projects remain within project cost plan
* Review sub-contractor quotations, ensuring all subcontractor purchase orders are raised and issued
* Ensure all work undertaken meets the standards of quality and complies with design specifications/project brief
* Undertake regular senior management site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship
* Production of CPP/health and safety documentation, ensuring review and sign off prior to the commencement of works on-site
* Arrange/undertake regular safety audits and risk assessments
* Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
* Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and communications
* Document any changes or variations to the project scope
* Manage conflicts and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality
* Ensure quick resolution of any on-site problems to maintain project momentum
* Stay updated on working practices, innovations, and trends that could enhance future project delivery

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of the commercial & education construction sectors
* Driving licence
