We're seeking a talented individual with a strong background in.NET, Python, and Java to join our team as a Senior Software Development Engineer. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to help them grow and succeed.

Technical Leadership:

As a technical leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software developers
  • Leading the design, development, and maintenance of efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Collaborating with the Director of Software Development to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation

Project Management:

You'll work closely with the development team to plan, design, and execute software solutions that align with our company's strategic goals. This includes:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code across Python, Java, and Angular JS
  • Collaborating with the development team to plan, design, and execute software solutions
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software applications written in.NET

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • 2+ years of experience leading a small team of software developers
