Job Title: AWS Senior Software Development Engineer

At Moody's, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Software Developer with strong proficiency in.NET, Python, and Java to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 3-5 software developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Software Development to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across Python, Java, and Angular JS for new unique ID platform.
  • Collaborate with the development team to plan, design, and execute software solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications written in.NET.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in.NET, Python, and Java development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a small team of software developers.
  • Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong portfolio in.NET, Python, and Java projects.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Web technologies (e.g., Angular JS).
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
