Key Duties:

  • Food Presentation: Ensuring all dishes are presented in an appealing manner.
  • Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting in ordering and managing kitchen supplies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff.
  • Hygiene: Maintaining a spotless work area.
  • Training: Providing guidance and support to junior kitchen staff.

About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Breakfast Chef to contribute to our hotel's success.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $72,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
