Energy Efficiency Sales Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identify and research prospective customers
- Build and progress a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Maintain regular and systematic contact with prospects
- Establish and understand customer requirements
- Nurture opportunities through telephone activity, video calls and in-person meetings
- Create, send and follow up on quotations
- Negotiate contracts, close sales and manage renewals
- Work closely with colleagues to onboard customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Manage prospects and customers effectively, delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain high levels of activity and performance, achieving agreed targets
- Report on sales activity and performance
About You
- Experience working in a sales environment
- Strong communication, rapport and relationship building skills
- Skilled negotiator who can overcome customer objections
- Ability to organise, manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven to succeed
- Computer literate – knowledge of MS Office
