**Key Responsibilities**

As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify and research prospective customers
  • Build and progress a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Maintain regular and systematic contact with prospects
  • Establish and understand customer requirements
  • Nurture opportunities through telephone activity, video calls and in-person meetings
  • Create, send and follow up on quotations
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales and manage renewals
  • Work closely with colleagues to onboard customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Manage prospects and customers effectively, delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintain high levels of activity and performance, achieving agreed targets
  • Report on sales activity and performance

About You

  • Experience working in a sales environment
  • Strong communication, rapport and relationship building skills
  • Skilled negotiator who can overcome customer objections
  • Ability to organise, manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • Self-motivated, resilient and driven to succeed
  • Computer literate – knowledge of MS Office
