Job Title: Associate/Assistant Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications

GIC Private Limited is a leading global long-term investor, and we are seeking a highly skilled Associate/Assistant Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Affairs & Communications Department, you will play a critical role in positioning GIC as the leading global long-term investor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support internal and external communications, including leading the compilation of the monthly internal London newsletter, writing intranet articles, and working with head office on global initiatives.
  • Work with teams across the business to source and develop engaging content for the global intranet.
  • Liaise with key portfolio companies to manage issues/crises that may pose a reputational risk to GIC.
  • Organize external and internal communications events, such as townhalls, partners', and flagship events.
  • Implement internal and external communications strategies that are aligned with HQ's priorities and aimed at building our culture or enabling key external stakeholders to understand GIC.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of communications and corporate affairs experience, with a financial services background not necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across borders, cultures, and time zones, and demonstrated flexibility of communication style in order to operate effectively.
  • Excellent time management and an ability to juggle multiple pieces of work and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and any video editing tools.
  • Possess social media experience.
  • Highly motivated individual who wants to be part of a global team.
