About the Role:

Mller Dairy is seeking an experienced International Trader to join their team in the UK or Netherlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading dairy brand and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to deliver budgeted volumes and profit for defined products, areas, customers, and suppliers.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing key customers and prospects to generate new profitable business and create long-term mutual value.
  • Collaborate with partner suppliers to enhance and broaden the scope of collaboration and create long-term mutual value.
  • Oversee the execution of supply agreements to ensure customer and supplier satisfaction and fulfilment of contractual obligations.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads with prospective customers and suppliers, conduct market analysis, travel to prospects, and attend trade fairs.
  • Provide market information and reports to support internal business planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Spanish (French is desirable).
  • Comfortable with regular worldwide travel.
  • Degree education in a business discipline or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales or trading.
  • Experience within the food ingredients sector is desirable.
  • Export sales knowledge is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
