Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our shop team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
About the RoleAs a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Managing the shop floor, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitoring and controlling operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll
- Providing coaching and training to retail assistants to improve their skills and performance
