Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our esteemed client, a leading provider of planned preventative and reactive maintenance services across London and the southeast of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business partners and secure lucrative contracts
  • Nurture client relationships and engage with key stakeholders
  • Build and expand a robust network of contacts within the marketplace
  • Collaborate closely with the Estimating Team and colleagues to ensure seamless processing of enquiries
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and prepare accurate asset schedules for pricing
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager within the Hard Services sector
  • Strong expertise in estimating and pricing jobs, coupled with a high level of technical and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through proactive sales prospecting and effective client development
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in IT tools, particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
