The Role

We are seeking an experienced AAT Accounts Senior to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for building long-lasting client relationships, working on a variety of complex accounts assignments, and developing and applying your technical and commercial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  2. Working on a range of accounts assignments, including statutory accounts and management accounts.
  3. Developing and applying technical and commercial knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  4. Managing workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  5. Supervising and training junior team members.

About You:

  1. ACCA / ACA qualified or finalist.
  2. At least 3 years UK practice accounts experience.
  3. SRA experience would be an advantage.
  4. University degree with 2.1 or higher or 3 good A-Level results (or equivalent).
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  6. Able to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
