AAT Accounts Senior

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our team in Oxford. As an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for preparing working papers, statutory accounts, and management accounts for sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Work on a variety of complex accounts assignments across multiple sectors, liaising with seniors, managers, and partners as required.
- Develop and apply technical and commercial knowledge to ensure high-quality work.
- Manage own workload to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Supervise, train, and assist junior team members.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist.
- Minimum of 3 years UK practice experience.
- University degree with a 2:1 or higher, or 3 good A-Level results.
- Experience of FRS102 1A is essential.
- Experience of SRAs, international accounts, consolidated accounts, and/or charity accounts would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, specifically Excel, CCH, Sage, and Xero.
