Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Strategy Team at NPL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, contracting, and delivery of high-profile programmes that support UK industry and bring real-world benefits.
Your role will involve managing all aspects of programme governance, ensuring individual projects are effectively defined, resourced, and coordinated. You will also manage the performance of a matrix team, developing their capability to ensure the programme reaches its milestones, with all risk and dependencies well-managed.
Effective stakeholder management and engagement will be central to the success of your programme. Your communication skills will also have a wider impact, championing programme management best practices throughout the organisation and supporting their wider adoption.
