Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Strategy Team and lead the delivery of high-profile programmes that support UK industry and bring real-world benefits.
As a Programme Manager at NPL, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of programme governance, ensuring individual projects are effectively defined, resourced, and coordinated. You will also manage the performance of a matrix team, developing their capability to ensure the programme reaches its milestones, with all risk and dependencies well-managed.
Effective stakeholder management and engagement will be central to the success of your programme. Your communication skills will also have a wider impact – you will champion programme management best practices throughout the organisation and support their wider adoption.
