HGV Equipment Maintenance and Repair Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HGV Equipment Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in Widnes, providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for waste handling equipment.

Job Summary

This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on waste handling equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on waste handling equipment.
  • Performing regular service and inspections to ensure compliance with Operators Licence regulations.
  • Completing accurate documentation and records according to company standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical qualifications in HGV Mechanics (e.g., C&G / NVQ Level 3).
  • A minimum of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Proven experience with MOT preparation and maintenance of complex equipment.
