Join Stern Energy as a Junior Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior field service engineer to join our dynamic team at Stern Energy. As a key member of our team, you will assist in installation support, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair system issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in installation support and perform routine maintenance activities on module mounting systems, fence and gates, inverter and transformer stations, and monitoring and communication equipment.
  • Execute corrective measures as a first response to help identify issues on the PV systems.
  • Engage and manage subcontractors to ensure quality of activities performed.
  • Support with the installation of PV modules, wiring, and inverters.
Requirements:
  • Electrical experience, preferably 2 years.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems.
  • Experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for industrial sites.
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools.
  • Valid driving license.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • NVQ level 1 or 2 preferred but not essential.
